Shipping and Delivery
We require 2-3 days for shipping and delivery from the date of placing the order. However due to some unavoidable circumstances it may take more time !
Orders within Chennai will be shipped and delivered within 1-2 days from the date of placing order.
Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour of placing the order by calling us on +91 98400 20380 or emailing us at training@brixen.co.in
We make every effort to deliver it as soon as possible. ! However, we are not liable for any delays caused by weather or the courier operator.
We will email you the tracking details once the order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and contact the courier company for any delays.
As we deal in books / Planners we can’t accept refund. However, we do make exceptions in case you
- Don’t receive the delivery of product within 5 days of placing the order.
- Receive the wrong product.
- Received a tampered or damaged product.
- To determine the product has been damaged, abused or used, Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product otherwise we will be unable to assist you and address concerns as these are perishable products.
The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same instrument that was used to transact on BrixEn Sales Academy. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.
